Kuntopotkunyrkkeily
Kuntopotkunyrkkeily tunneilla keskitytään kohottamaan kuntoa lyönti- ja potkutekniikoiden sekä runsaan liikkumisen avulla. Tunnit ovat erittäin monipuolisia kuntourheilutunteja, kuormittaen harrastajan koko liikunta- ja tukielimistöä. Harrastaminen ei tähtää ottelemiseen, vaan lyöntejä, väistöjä, potkuja ja torjuntoja tehdään parityöskentelynä iskutyynyihin tai potkutyynyihin sekä esim. varjonyrkkeilynä. Tunnit sisältävät sekä voima- että kestävyysosioita, lihaskuntoa nostattavia sekä aerobisia harjoitteita. Harjoittelu sopii erittäin hyvin esim. toimistotyöntekijöille, jotka useimmiten kärsivät niska- ja hartiaseudun jäykkyydestä ja kiputiloista. Kuntopotkunyrkkeilyä voi harrastaa aivan vasta-alkajakin sillä tunnillamme opetetaan kaikki tekniikat, autetaan, selvitetään, neuvotaan ja korjataan. Myös yleiskunto kehittyy ja harrastamiseen tarvittava kestävyys lisääntyy ja näin harjoittelemisesta tulee entistä hauskempaa.
Fitness kickboxing
Fitness Kickboxing this fitness training program is based on the aspects of learning and executing boxing/kickboxing combative technical skills with a partner against focus pads or kicking shield. It is physically challenging but great fun. There are no sparring or physical contacts between the individuals. Fitness kickboxing training classes are effective and safe fitness system that guarantees the individual a satisfactory all body workout.
Our instructors have trained for many years within the training system that they will coach you. Instructors will teach you all the basic punching and kicking techniques needed to make your training experience, effective and safe.
All of our fitness classes are suitable for both men and women of all ages who have no physical limitations, who wishes to regain their fitness level. We invite total beginners, as well as, those who have trained before. Our fitness classes can be joined by anyone who wish to try, at any time. All our fitness classes are highly recommended for anyone who suffers from neck and shoulder stiffness and aches. Come with an open mind and enjoy!
